One year of labor coverage from us, plus the full manufacturer warranty on the unit. If something is wrong, we come back. Simple as that.
Call Now (631) 898-5780Every install comes with two layers of protection. One from us on the work itself, and one from the manufacturer on the equipment.
For one full year after we install your water heater, the labor is on us. If something we did is wrong, or something we connected needs to be re-done, we come back at no charge.
Every unit we install comes with the manufacturer's full warranty on parts (and sometimes labor for early-life defects). We register the warranty for you so you don't have to.
Standard residential tank warranties at the time of writing. Confirm exact terms on the warranty card we leave with you on install day.

No claim forms, no portals, no waiting on hold with someone reading a script.
Same number as always. Tell us what's going on and roughly when we installed your unit. We pull up your file.
A tech comes out and figures out what's wrong. Diagnostic call is free during the warranty period.
If it's our work or our materials, we fix it on us. If it's a unit defect, we coordinate the manufacturer warranty claim.
Most warranty calls are resolved the same day. You do not handle paperwork.
We are upfront about this stuff so there are no surprises if you ever need to call.
Anything we installed or connected: gas line work, water connections, venting we ran, the fittings we supplied, the actual placement and mounting of the unit. If we did it, we stand behind it for a year.
The unit itself. Tank, burner, heating element, controls, gas valve, heat exchanger. Term varies by brand and model, registered in your name on install day.
Damage from freezing, flooding, hard-water sediment buildup if recommended flushes were skipped, modifications by another contractor, electrical damage from surge events, or normal sediment cleanup outside warranty terms.
One year from the date of install. That covers all the work we performed and the fittings we supplied.
Yes, and the exact term depends on the model. A standard 50-gallon Rheem residential unit is 6 years tank and parts. A Bradford White Eco-Defender goes to 10. Tankless heat exchangers go 12 to 15 years on the major brands. We tell you the term before you commit.
No. We register it on install day in your name with the manufacturer. You get a copy of the paperwork.
You're still covered by the manufacturer warranty on the unit itself. We coordinate the claim and handle the manufacturer's process. Labor to swap the unit during years 2 through the end of the manufacturer warranty has a service charge (since our labor warranty has ended), but the new unit or replacement part is provided by the manufacturer.
Most commonly: modification by an unlicensed contractor, freezing damage, running the unit dry, and on tankless units, skipping the annual descale flush in hard-water areas. We will warn you about the things that matter for your specific unit.
Manufacturer warranties are often partially transferable to a new homeowner (terms vary by brand and model). Our labor warranty stays with the original install address for the full year regardless of ownership change.
